We currently run yoga, pilates and meditation classes Monday to Thursday, keep an eye on the timetable for new classes and programs as they run.

A full-body workout designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Mat Pilates is gentle on the joints, making it suitable for a wide range of individuals, including those recovering from injuries and targets core strength and full body postural awareness.
Take a short break from the busyness of life and immerse yourself in a 15-minute meditation practice designed to bring you into a state of deep relaxation and mindfulness. This guided session is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, providing a space for you to cultivate inner peace, clarity, and a sense of connection to the present moment. Through gentle guidance and focused awareness, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery and rejuvenation. We suggest you add this 15 minutes to your yoga or chair yoga practice.
