Lately, we’ve been working with teams across Australia who are:

Over 20 years ago, the seeds of our mission were planted on the sands of Bondi Beach. Back then, the corporate world looked very different — no remote working, no workplace wellness programs, and certainly no yoga in the office.

Inside those beautiful glass towers of the Sydney CBD, the pace was relentless. Long hours, back-to-back meetings, client dinners, late-night events… burnout wasn’t the exception; it was the norm.

Amid this high-pressure environment, yoga and meditation became more than a practice — they became a lifeline. Each class brought clarity, calm, and a renewed sense of focus.

It wasn’t long before Debby introduced these simple techniques into her workplace — breathing before big meetings, mindfulness breaks during the day. The results were undeniable: improved focus, stronger resilience, healthier teams.

A decade later, Corporate Yoga Australia officially opened its doors, built on one clear purpose: to help businesses prioritise wellbeing as a driver of performance, culture, and growth.

Since then, we’ve grown to deliver wellness solutions across Sydney and beyond — from yoga and Pilates to guided meditation, stress management workshops, and holistic wellbeing programs. Whether it’s large-scale events, intimate office sessions, or virtual classes for remote teams, we make wellness accessible wherever you work.

Since then, we’ve expanded far beyond Bondi.

On June 21 — International Yoga Day — @debby_lewis took to the outdoor stage @yoga_festival_brisbane as the skies opened up.

With no shelter and the rain gently falling, the practice became a lesson in true yogic adaptability — grounding in the moment, shifting with the elements, and standing tall through the unexpected.

Vrksasana (Tree Pose), embodies the strength and steadiness that yoga offers us — even when conditions are less than ideal.
