On June 21 — International Yoga Day — @debby_lewis took to the outdoor stage @yoga_festival_brisbane as the skies opened up.

With no shelter and the rain gently falling, the practice became a lesson in true yogic adaptability — grounding in the moment, shifting with the elements, and standing tall through the unexpected.

Vrksasana (Tree Pose), embodies the strength and steadiness that yoga offers us — even when conditions are less than ideal.

Thank you to everyone who flowed with Debby in the rain. A powerful reminder: yoga isn’t just what we do on the mat — it’s how we meet life as it comes. 💙

It was a real privilege to guide a grounding yoga session to wrap up yesterday’s conference at the stunning  @whotels 

At Corporate Yoga Australia, we believe wellbeing shouldn’t be left for after-hours — it belongs in the heart of the workday and at the centre of events that bring people together.

This gentle end-of-day session offered:
✅ A nervous system reset after a full day of learning and connection
✅ Movement to release tension and support posture
✅ Breath and stillness to transition from “on” to “off”

It’s inspiring to see more conferences embracing mindful moments — not only to support individual wellbeing, but to elevate the collective energy and experience.

Meet Bowie — our honorary yoga assistant and resident nap master. He’s the sweetest little soul and brings so much calm, joy, and love to the classes he joins. 💛

He mostly sleeps through the sessions (yoga goals, honestly 😴), but when he’s off-lead, he’s gentle, grounded, and SO loved by everyone. He’s like a tiny emotional support dog for the whole room.

We know not every workplace can accommodate dogs, and not everyone feels comfortable around them — but when it is the right fit, the joy they bring is something special.
